By enrolling in any GarbhaShakti program, booking a consultation, making a payment, accessing our classes, community, website, or digital resources, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of the Program

GarbhaShakti is an educational and holistic pregnancy and motherhood support program.

Our programs may include guidance related to:

• Pregnancy wellbeing

• Lifestyle and healthy habits

• Mindset and emotional wellbeing

• Pregnancy-appropriate movement and breathing practices

• Nutrition guidance

• Baby bonding practices

• Labour and birth education

• Breastfeeding education

• Newborn care education

• Postpartum preparation and support

The program is designed to provide education, guidance, and supportive coaching.

2. Not a Substitute for Medical Care

GarbhaShakti does not provide emergency medical services, medical diagnosis, treatment, or a replacement for care from your:

• Obstetrician or gynecologist

• Midwife

• Physician

• Pediatrician

• Psychiatrist, psychologist, or other qualified healthcare professional

You must continue to attend your regular medical appointments and follow the advice of your qualified healthcare provider.

Any medical concerns, unusual symptoms, emergencies, or urgent health conditions must be addressed directly with an appropriate healthcare professional or emergency service.

3. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

Pregnancy, labour, birth, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care are individual experiences.

While GarbhaShakti aims to support preparation, wellbeing, knowledge, and confidence, we cannot guarantee:

• A vaginal or “normal” delivery

• Avoidance of C-section

• A particular labour duration

• Pain-free labour

• Specific birth outcomes

• Avoidance of pregnancy or birth complications

• Specific weight-loss or physical results

• Specific breastfeeding outcomes

• Specific postpartum recovery outcomes

Individual results may vary based on medical, physical, emotional, lifestyle, and other factors.

4. Your Responsibility

By participating in the program, you agree that you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your health and pregnancy

• Informing us of relevant medical conditions or restrictions

• Obtaining medical clearance when required

• Following medical advice from your healthcare provider

• Participating only in activities appropriate for your individual condition

• Stopping any activity that causes pain, discomfort, dizziness, bleeding, breathing difficulty, or other concerning symptoms and seeking appropriate medical advice

• Making your own informed decisions regarding your health and pregnancy

You understand that participation in any exercise, breathing, movement, or wellness activity involves individual responsibility.

5. Program Participation

GarbhaShakti may include:

• Live sessions

• Group classes

• One-to-one calls

• Diet consultations

• Community support

• Digital materials

• Educational resources

• WhatsApp communication

Program schedules, inclusions, instructors, and delivery methods may be reasonably modified when necessary to improve or manage the program.

Access to specific features depends on the program or package purchased.

6. Communication and Support

Any support provided through WhatsApp, calls, or community platforms is intended for educational and program-related guidance.

GarbhaShakti communication channels are not emergency medical services.

Please do not rely on program support channels for:

• Medical emergencies

• Urgent pregnancy concerns

• Severe or sudden symptoms

• Labour emergencies

• Newborn medical emergencies

In such situations, please contact your healthcare provider, hospital, or appropriate emergency service immediately.

7. Labour Support

Where labour-related support is included as part of a specific package, such support is intended to provide educational, emotional, and practical guidance within the scope of the program.

It does not replace:

• Medical care

• Hospital staff

• Obstetric or midwifery services

• Emergency medical decision-making

Medical decisions must always be made with qualified healthcare professionals.

8. Payment

The applicable program fee will be communicated before enrollment.

By making payment, you agree to pay the fee associated with your selected program or package.

Where installment options are offered, the client agrees to make all scheduled payments according to the agreed payment plan.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or restriction of access to the program.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please select one of the following policies and adapt it to your business model.

Due to the personalized nature of GarbhaShakti programs, including onboarding, consultations, access to resources, and reserved program capacity:

Fees paid are generally non-refundable once enrollment and program access have begun.

If you need to cancel before receiving program access or before the agreed start date, you may contact us at [Email/WhatsApp]. Any refund, transfer, or credit will be handled according to the terms communicated for your specific program.

If GarbhaShakti cancels a program and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, applicable fees for the unavailable portion of the service may be refunded or credited.

10. Program Transfers and Pauses

If you experience circumstances that prevent you from continuing the program, including medical or pregnancy-related circumstances, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Any pause, extension, or transfer will be considered on a case-by-case basis and is not automatically guaranteed unless explicitly included in your purchased package.

11. Intellectual Property

All GarbhaShakti materials, including but not limited to:

• Videos

• Classes

• Worksheets

• PDFs

• Recordings

• Frameworks

• Written materials

• Program content

• Graphics

• Exercises and educational resources

remain the intellectual property of GarbhaShakti and/or its respective creators.

You may use these materials for your personal participation only.

You may not:

• Copy

• Reproduce

• Record

• Share

• Sell

• Distribute

• Teach

• Republish

any program material without prior written permission.

12. Confidentiality and Community Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and supportive environment.

You must not share another participant's personal information, pregnancy details, photographs, videos, messages, or experiences outside the program without their permission.

We reserve the right to remove participants from community spaces for:

• Harassment

• Abusive behaviour

• Repeated disruption

• Sharing inappropriate content

• Sharing confidential participant information

• Unauthorized promotion or solicitation

13. Testimonials and Media

We may request permission to use testimonials, written feedback, photographs, videos, or other voluntary feedback for educational or promotional purposes.

Where consent is required, we will seek it separately.

Participation in GarbhaShakti does not automatically require you to provide a testimonial or allow your personal information or images to be used for marketing.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GarbhaShakti and its representatives are not responsible for outcomes resulting from:

• Failure to seek appropriate medical care

• Failure to follow medical advice

• Failure to disclose relevant health information

• Misuse of educational information

• Decisions made independently by the participant

• Individual medical or pregnancy complications

Participation in the program is voluntary and subject to the participant's own judgment and appropriate medical guidance.

15. Changes to the Program or Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be made available on our website or through the relevant program platform.

Continued participation after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
